Release Notes: Bugfixes including the removal of an unnecessary paramater to wvOutputText and the unnecessary symbolfont dir. Previous releases had mistakenly referred to the iso-8859-15 character set as iso-5589. New features including the integration of a small iconv implementation to ensure the ability to convert from Windows codepages into Unicode and preliminary support for 8-bit cp1251 (Russian) documents. The character handler now takes an extra argument for specifying the language identifier of the character. The build process has been changed to allow building correctly outside of the source tree.
