Release Notes: A new wmaker app menu, fixes for xpm-background compile errors and misc config errors, changing of --enable-xpm-background, --enable-transparency, and --enable-next scroll to defaults, transparent scroller trough, a fix for 1 pixel border in main window, a fix for updating with root bg change, many new advanced options, a menu for shading, font, color, shade color, font size, cloning, etc., more speed fixes, and a fix for a bug with restart killing terms.
