Release Notes: Wielded entities are now shown in the hands of the characters. Support has been added for areas, such as ploughed fields or leaf covered ground. Many new models have been added such as better trees, turnips, carrots, a boat, a market stall etc. Many graphics systems optimizations have been made, including removal of inefficient terrain rendering code. Much better use is now made of fragment and vertex shaders.
Release Notes: New widgets have been added for help and character creation. The layout of widgets has been imrpoved. Updates have been made to use Ogre 1.0.1 and CEGUI 0.2.0. Updates have been made to use Eris 1.3.5, Atlas 0.5.9, Varconf 0.6.2, and Mercator 0.2.2. A memory leak in the Model code has been fixed. Missing resources are now better handled. Preliminary sound support has been added. Vertex and fragment shaders for terrain have been imrpoved. Better foliage such as grass and flowers through the use of GPU shaders has been implemented.
Release Notes: The client can model a full 3d world with dynamic terrain generation. It has an easy to use GUI system with widgets for server browsing, login, and character selection, and context menus for in game interaction. It has support for experimental graphical features such as dynamically generated trees, realistic water, and ground cover.
