Release Notes: GTK+ v2.0 themes are now supported, and a bug in IceWM theme handling was fixed. Support for GTK+ v1 and Afterstep themes was dropped.

Release Notes: This release adds support for the Oroborus and Golem window managers. The use of HTTP proxies is now supported. Theme activation has been enabled on several Unix platforms, and scanning for GTK+ themes has been fixed. Several other bugfixes and enhancements were also made.
