Release Notes: This is a major code rewrite, with a much better mixer library, new knob drawing routine, new configuration parsing routine, a more intuitive mouse control code for knob and slider dragging, removal of runtime config parsing, new command line options to specify X display, config file, and mixer device, removal of "mixermax" code until someone complains, and configurable current channel title scrolling.
Release Notes: This release fixes the unscaled font problem with the OSD. WMixer now creates a pid file for easier access to volume controls with signals, and includes a workaround for old versions of OSS drivers which occasionally returned incorrect mixer data.
Release Notes: The OSD now really stays on-top of other windows using WM hints, and various other small changes and fixes have been implemented.
Release Notes: Configuration file parsing was added. Changes are dynamically loaded while WMixer is running. All previous compile-time options are now in the configuration file. OSD color and mousewheel sensitivity can now be adjusted as well.
Release Notes: Now listens on SIGUSR1 and SIGUSR2 and adjusts the volume up or down when each is received. This could be used to remotely control the mixer by using "volume" keys included on some recent keyboards provided your window manager and X-Server support this.
Release Notes: A patch was applied to save mute settings when mute button is pushed, ability to restore the volume and balance back to previous levels, and small Makefile changes.
Release Notes: Support for volume adjustment using mouse wheel has been added. Small Makefile updates were made.
Release Notes: On-Screen-Display code has been written. See the changelog for more info.
Release Notes: Implementation of the OSS Mixer API; minor code changes to accommodate OSS weirdness.
Release Notes: This version is a complete rewrite. The interface was redesigned and all of the code changed. Check the README for important upgrade information.
