Release Notes: This is a minor update adding Atom feeds and changing the wiki output to make templating more versatile. It also adds a three column template and fixes a few small bugs.
Release Notes: File renaming will now create a redirect page in the place of the old file. Security has also been slightly improved by adding a check against the user's IP address. This release fixes a few bugs affecting user preferences, file uploads, and file options.

Administrative features were also added, including the ability to add <script> and other more dangerous HTML tags to admin-only files. Site administrators wishing to include other PHP files with each page request (such as statistics programs) can now do this within the site configuration instead of digging into source files.
