wger Workout Manager is a Web application that can manage your workouts, group them into schedules (A>B>C), and export them as PDFs or iCal files. It helps you keep a log of the weights lifted in the different exercises as well as your own body weight and can also create and manage your diet plans.

Release Notes: This release includes many new features and enhancements. There is a calendar view to to more easily check and add workout logs. A new "gym mode" with timer to log the workout while at the gym. Automatic email remainders for new workouts. iCal export to add workouts and schedules e.g. to Google calendar. A new exercise overview, grouped by equipment. The ability to write comments and rate workouts. A simplified form for new exercises. Alternative PDF export of workouts without tables for entering logs. A unified way of specifying the license of submitted content (exercises, etc.).

Release Notes: This release adds a scheduling option for workouts (schedules are collections of workouts that are done in succession). All parts of the site are open to all users; no need to register anymore (this is done via custom middleware). Regular users can submit exercises and ingredients to be included in the general list after being approved by an administrator. More 'human' units have been added to ingredients, like '1 cup' or '1 slice'. A nutritional values calculator has been added to the ingredient detail page. Several bugfixes. Usability improvements. Speed improvements by optimizing some SQL queries.
