WebTTS

WebTTS is a WWW-based trouble ticketing system designed for businesses that need to track problems in their network, schedule system maintence, and track general customer problems. Most large businesses use a tracking system to help deal with customer problems, but these systems are either non-free, custom written, or simply impossible to install and get working in a reasonable amount of time.

Release Notes: This release fixes some old require bugs.

Release Notes: 3.0 now uses MySQL instead of Berkeley DB files to store all TTS data. This allows users to easily integrate WebTTS into an exsisting system as well as removes most of the scalability concerns that were associated with using .db files. This update is considered a major update, and all current users of WebTTS should upgrade (importing utilities are included).

          RE: Online Demo
The reason I don't have an online demo is simple: gashalot.com is run off of a Cobalt RaQ1 server, based off of a MIPS CPU. For those of you who don't own/use any of Cobalt's products, Perl preformance on the system is dismal at best, and I don't want users to think that WebTTS is slow because my poor RaQ can't keep up with requests (on anything > a Pentium 133 system responses are almost instantaenous). If I ever move to a more sophisticated x86 server I will put a demo online for everyone to use.
