Release Notes: There is better error message detection in SaveBudgetAction. The default year can be configured in an XML file. CamsGreatPlainsFormatter exports only accounts with values greater than 0. It displays a warning for IE 5.0's default timeout. Javascript checking when viewing level-1 accounts has been fixed. The printing feature has been improved to better fit standard paper. The algorithm for loading accounts from the database has been fixed so that missing accounts are detected.
