Release Notes: Many of the outstanding bugs have been fixed. This release uses the more general JAXP and Trax interfaces and Tomcat 4.1. There are some code cleanups. JDK 1.4 is required.

Release Notes: WebMail now has support for the Chinese language. Installation under Tomcat has been made easier. Some bugs were fixed.
