It is easy to install and use but has many capabilities and is highly customizable. Desktop and Web clients are provided.

The email inbox receives email messages from a selected email account, automatically creates issues based on these email messages, and creates comments and attachments for existing issues. Subscriptions make it possible to watch individual, selected issues for change. An email notification is sent to subscribers when someone modifies the issue in any way.
