Release Notes: This stable release contains fixes for 10 bugs in Thingy, Map Dataform, Calendar, Friend Manager, a workflow activity, and the Codearea. A new feature was backported from 7.10. The Codearea, which is used for templates, extra head tags, and metadata, now has a fixed-width font. Also, if the tab key is pressed it will add a tab in the area, instead of the default browser behavior of moving the user to the next HTML field.

This made it difficult to make the CS not viewable to regular users, so the behavior was removed in 7.10.3. If your site depended on the Group To Post being able to view the CS, then make the it a sub-group of Group To View.
