Release Notes: An error in TokenOK has been fixed. An option for frames per second to be set to 12 has been added. In version 1.0.0, minutes were always limited to be between 0 and 59, even when no hours were specified. The formatting of the output when the program is running has been cleaned up.

    overview
This is a very simple, but easy to use program.
It does exactly what it says it should do.

My only request for improvement would be to
    allow sub-second cut times.
My current version will only split the
    files on integer second boundaries.
