WAV-PRG converts Commodore 64 tapes to PC emulator files (.PRG, .P00, or .T64) and back. WAV-PRG can read from/write to WAV files, or directly read from/play to the soundcard. A plug-in structure allows recognition of multiple C64 tape formats: in order to support a new format, one can write a new plug-in, without needing to change the main program.

Release Notes: This version features a new modular design: the main program just reads/writes TAP format, and external shared libraries convert it from/to sound. There is also a new, portable plugin interface. It now uses the Audio File Library for reading/writing WAV files, and PortAudio for playing/recording, for maximum portability.
Release Notes: A bug in wav2prg which prevented direct conversions from sound card fixed. A P00 file detection bug in prg2wav fixed.
