Wally

Wally is a Qt4 wallpaper changer using multiple sources like files, folders, FTP remote folders, Flickr, Yahoo!, Panoramio, Ipernity, Photobucket, Buzznet, Picasa, Smugmug, Google, Vladstudio, and deviantART images. It is available in many languages. Supported Linux window managers are GNOME, GnomeShell, KDE3, KDE4, XFCE4, BlackBox, FluxBox, Window Maker, and FVWM (experimental).

    Release Notes: A gconftool-2 command line argument bug was fixed. The settings window layout is now suitable for netbook screens.

      Release Notes: This release fixes a GnomeShell background change issue. It adds Swedish and Turkish languages.

        Release Notes: GnomeShell support was added. Hungarian and Danish translations were added. The Pikeo module was removed because the service is no longer active. The Bing module was removed due to Microsoft's usage policies.

          Release Notes: Deprecated HTTP Qt classes have been replaced. Wally can now terminate after the first background change. The splash screen can be disabled. A Mac OS X Settings GUI scrollbar issue has been fixed. WallyPlugin now uses D-Bus. The CMake build script issue regarding language resources compilation has been fixed.

            Release Notes: This release adds OS/2 and Mac OS X Snow Leopard support. It adds Google, deviantART, and Vladstudio modules. It adds Korean languages. The Folder module now supports symbolic links. More photo layouts on the desktop have been added. Panoramio no longer crashes when empty results are returned. Disclaimer translation is now properly applied at boot. Centered auto-fit was not always applied correctly. The HTTP engine (rarely) got stuck.
