VU meter plugin
VU meter plugin is a visualization plugin that works with both XMMS and Audacious. The plugin is mostly for eye candy, though it shows dBFS levels of sound, at least to a point.

nice work done. Reminds me of the good old winamp times. Works perfectly on Audacious. Under Ubuntu 10.04 it needs the developer-package of audacious, called "adacious-dev". skins and needle are easy to customize. I am very happy with this little eye-candy.
