ESX 4.0 can now run as a guest OS. Virtual printing was introduced. VMs can now be secured with with AES256 encryption, and can be instantaneously paused. ALSA is now supported on Linux hosts. Virtual Disks can now be expanded and compacted. Drag and drop support was enhanced. Configuration of Virtual Networks is eased through a new editor, and IPv6 support was added. Virtual Disks can now be mounted using FUSE under Linux.
