Release Notes: This release fixes a bug in 0.5.0 where no default keyboard shortcuts were available on fresh installations. Compilation compatibility with Qt5 has also been fixed, but such builds are not fully functional yet. The recommended Qt library is 4.8.4 for the time being.
Release Notes: This release includes a patched RtMidi 1.0.15, enabling several MIDI drivers to be compiled at once and allowing the user to select one at runtime. Several bugs have been fixed related to transpose, shortcuts, and preferences. A new implementation of the Network MIDI driver has been included. MIDI channel state enforcement is now possible. A MIDI IN Omni mode has been added. The user can independently enable/disable note input using the keyboard, mouse, or touch screen. Note highlight color policies have been added with the color palettes editor. There's an option to show a colorized scale. XML comments within keyboard map files are allowed.
Release Notes: This release adds touch screen support (multi-touch) for all platforms, if it is supported by the OS and hardware. New RtMidi classes have been merged, which includes Jack MIDI support and a new network MIDI driver (UDP multicast) compatible with ipMIDI and QmidiNet. A Symbian^3 port has been made. There are new translations to Dutch and Swedish. A bug crashing the program when changing the octave base has been fixed.
Release Notes: This release added a new option for representing MIDI velocity as a highlight color tint. Configurable tool shortcuts, a language menu that allows you to select and change languages on the fly, and a new "About Translation" dialog were implemented. Tool-tip positions for knobs and sliders were fixed. It is now possible to trigger keys that are defined but hidden.
Release Notes: A new D-Bus interface has been added, exposing many program features to other D-Bus clients. The switch type extra control shows now much larger shapes when using the custom style. There is a new Simplified Chinese language translation and the German translation has been updated, including the program online help.
Release Notes: New Russian, French, and Czech translations have been added. The state of banks, instruments, and controllers is now remembered per-channel, and saved at program's exit. There is a new setting, drums MIDI channel, allowing you to select the drum set for the drum channel, and the percussion names are shown above the piano keys. The "show note names" option has been moved from the preferences dialog to the view menu for better accessibility. Two new button types can be added to the extra controls tool bar, sending one shot MIDI controllers and MIDI System Exclusive messages respectively.
Release Notes: The new features in this release include a raw keyboard mode with a new keyboard mappings editor, allowing you to map key codes to MIDI notes. It also includes a new extra controls toolbar with knobs and switches that can be assigned to arbitrary MIDI controllers. The keys have a new 3D look using SVG graphics. A German translation is included.

Release Notes: A crash in Mac OS X when there is no MIDI port has been fixed. A new "always on top" option has been added, along with a new dialog to import SoundFont instruments. The bender control has been improved, and it returns now to zero when the mouse is released. MIDI input is now always enabled on Linux and Mac OS, where virtual ports can be created. The documentation and help texts have been revised and enhanced, including a new bilingual Web site design.
