Release Notes: WAV support, FLAC support, auto-detection of devices and applications, on-the-fly/off-the-fly mode encoding were added. Some small bugfixes were made.
Release Notes: A bug in which double quotes were not properly escaped was fixed. vlorb will now autodetect if an audio CD is single-artist or multi-artist. The singleartist option from the configuration file was removed. show_progress mode (the -p option) was added, and shows oggenc encoding progress. It is off by default, since it's pretty ugly. Better error checking/messages were written. The -m and -M options were added for specifying filemask and dirmask on the commandline. Artist/tracktitle/disctitle/etc. detection was improved.
Release Notes: During the 1.0pre versions, the format of the configuration file changed slightly a couple of times. It might be necessary to generate a new one using vlorb's -g flag. The Makefile is now FHS compliant and works more easily under OpenBSD. Various bugfixes, cleanups, and polishes were made. The manpage was rewritten.
