    Release Notes: This release no longer includes vlan-space-per-machine, so vlan-space-per-NIC is mandatory now. New features include support for encapsulating regular ethernet frames sent to a VLAN driver, improved device name hashing code, and code clean-ups.

      Release Notes: This release adds Ethernet Multicast support, the ability to change the VLAN's MAC address, and a hashed lookup table for devices, which can support thousands of interfaces.

        Release Notes: This version adds the ability to re-order the VLAN packet so that it looks like a real ethernet packet for the ingress pathway. This should fix issues with dhcpd, and allow for adding a default priority for VLAN packets.

          Release Notes: Real support for VLAN QOS, removal of the link-aggregation hack, allowing of dynamic changes to the way VLANs are named, and updates to vconfig to support the new features.

            Release Notes: Added the ability to do link-aggregation across multiple NICs. The PRIORITY field in the VLAN header is also supported. Patches for both the 2.2 and 2.3 kernel series are now included.

              Release Notes: VLAN names now have the VID in the name, and a patch for ISC's dhcpd server to allow it to serve DHCP over VLAN interfaces.

                  Release Notes: A fixed crash bug with removing VLAN devices, a rewritten /proc code to never go above 4k buffers (each port now has its own file entry), and correct updating of byte and packet counters (found in the /proc/net/vlan/[device] file).
