VisualPulse continuously gathers and summarizes IP response time and availability data at regular intervals, providing summary and detail views of network devices and services. Continuous ping provides measures of network latency and packet loss. TCP port monitoring reports the availability of critical TCP/IP services such as SNMP, FTP, and POP3. It features Web-based administration and a variety of standard HTML reports and custom reports. An automatic traceroute capture option records network routing and performance detail when a slow response or outage occurs, enabling analysis of performance problems regardless of when they occur.
