Vibtoolbox is a set of command line tools for the analysis of vibration and acoustic test data. The interface design used for most of the tools in the package is the standard UNIX filter model. The tools take input on standard input and transform the input in some fashion, and then send the transformed input data to standard output. The tool set also defines ASCII and native binary database formats for the storage of vibration and acoustic laboratory and flight test data.

Release Notes: A problem compiling on AIX system was corrected. Too many file names expanded on the command line resulted in no .deps file being created. Source files were split into two source directories to solve this problem. The source file comments and info file data for the ifft and fft programs were updated. gsine was revised to use double varibles to compute sine signal. Skewness, Kurtosis, and excess Kurtosis were added to the checkth program. The usage message for the thrms program was updated.

Release Notes: An error in a function that returns the normal tolerance limit in ntl.c was fixed. An example was included for the ntl.c program. Code for trapping errors when input spectra is less then or equal to zero was added. The "displacement thickness" parameter in the flow equation used in sflow10.c was replaced with a "boundary layer thickness" parameter.
