A new conjugation model has been created for the verb harceler, which can be conjugated like appeler as well as like peler. The user can now add verbs to Verbiste by creating an XML file in the home directory.


Release Notes: The verb diligenter was added, and the verb chauvir was fixed. Verbiste now works entirely in the UTF-8 encoding instead of Latin-1. The programming interface has thus lost its encoding conversion functions. The RPM spec file has been rewritten to be closer to the Fedora template.
