Release Notes: The universe was expanded to 13 charted sectors. Uncharted sectors also exist (not marked on the map or the HUD). Ships have been completely rebalanced. Weapons configurability has been greatly expanded. Weapons now exist either as "Small" or "Large" addons, which may be configured into "Small" or "Large" addon ports. Weapon firing group configurations allow any firing combination. The AI system has been completely revamped. New trade items and weapons were added. Many other minor changes, optimizations, and improvements were also made.
Release Notes: Group owner's mines will no longer detonate on other group members if the mines were layed before the group was created. Mines will no longer detonate on a group member if the member joined the group while in the proximity of the mine. This release fixes Voice Chat cross-talk.
Release Notes: Trident Type M maximum shield strength has been bumped to 40k. The player-owned capship shield repair timer now resets after each hit, like the NPC shields. Group health and sector list health now include shield strength. Shield strength while manning a player-owned turret now shows the correct value. Repair guns no longer damage player-owned capship shields. Shields no longer look like they disappear when the capship pilot mans his or her own turret. This release fixes an infrequent Lua error which occurred when the capship pilot launched from his or her own capship.
Release Notes: Player-owned capships now have shields that work the same way as NPC capship shields. Ships stored in capships can now have their ammo refilled by the capship owner without having to launch and dock with the capship.
Release Notes: Ship improvements, a new Raptor UDV ship type, and major changes to Serco/Itani faction standing. Captains of player-owned capships can now launch in their own fighters. Capships are now persistent. Many other changes were made.
Release Notes: Collision damage calculation now works more like the 2012 version, but retaining the improvements to threading, etc. Concussion Railguns can now be reloaded. Collisions of less than 50HP of damage are ignored. A new "Power Cell Blaster" is available at a Research station. The Xang Xi Self-Propelled Concussion Mine can now be reloaded. On Android, missing textures on improved ETC1 assets when the shaders are disabled were fixed. Graphics for Tegra4 and Adreno 320+ were improved. Auto-detection of Android-based consoles was improved.
