Release Notes: Improved DVB-card and CA-module handling. Added features include full VPS support, AC3 output, a full skinnable OSD, new options for multi-lingual audio streams, and many more smaller enhancements and fixes. It's now possible to update EPG with only one DVB card.

Release Notes: Setting the OSD size now works properly. The OSD functions were prepared for multiple overlapping windows. The failing watchdog timer was fixed. The "Recordings" menu now displays a hierarchical structure. The speed of setting the Help button texts was improved. The "Main" menu now displays the used disk space and the estimated free disk space in its title. Activating the "Recordings" menu now displays "scanning recordings..." to give the user some feedback.
Release Notes: A lock file has been implemented to prevent more than one instance of VDR from removing files from the video directory at the same time. Handling of the repeat function when using LIRC has been fixed. Timers starting and ending at unexpected times has been fixed. All open file descriptors are closed when calling external programs. The menu timeout now also works when pressing the "Back" button during replay to enter the "Recordings" menu. Handling of trick modes near the beginning and end of a recording has been fixed. Pressing the "Back" button while replaying a DVD now leads to the DVD menu.
Release Notes: This release compiles with libdvdread-0.9.1. There are several fixes in the replay mode display. The new frontend parameter 'Inversion' is supplied. Unnecessary double quotes have been removed from EPG Subtitle in EPGBugfixLevel >=1. Handling of SVDRP commands with more than one blank between the command word and the options has been fixed. The current volume setting is now saved and restored upon startup. A check has been implemented to see whether the system time is running linearly. The current time is written into the log file when starting a timer recording. The volume, mute, and power keys work when a menu is active.
Release Notes: Switching to the driver's new tuning API, a fix for detecting manual start in shutdown feature, a new "Multi Speed Mode", ability to backtrack to hit the right spot after fast forward/rewind, a replay mode display, better error handling when writing configuration files, and three new keys (Volume+, Volume-, and Mute) to control the DVB card's audio output volume.
Release Notes: Support for replaying DVDs has been added. The display of the channel group separaters has been modified. A bug in the replay progress display when replay was paused while watching an ongoing recording has been fixed.
