upgrade_mailer.py

upgrade_mailer.py is a script that sends email or Jabber notifications when updates on your APT or YUM based system are available. This includes Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora, CentOS, and Red Hat. It can use TLS if your SMTP supports that.
