Release Notes: Batch uploading capability has been added. The need for a $HOME/.unixnpi.rc file has been removed. It now reads serial speed from the command line (defaults to 38400) and requires the existence of /dev/newton (a symlink it to the appropriate serial device).

Release Notes: The old registration code has been removed, and packages larger than 32KB will be installed. A bit more documentation has been added.
