UMR

UMR (Unreal Media Ripper) rips Music and Sound class objects from .umx and .uax files in Unreal or Unreal Tournament. It rips all the exports in the file that it understands (currently 'xm', 'it', 's3m', and 'WAV').

    Release Notes: Support 64-bit systems. Supports big endian systems. Fixes export table read order. Fixes crashes with files that have big name/export/import tables. Fixes endless loops with certain upkg files. Supports version 63, 65, 69, 71, 72, 73, 79, 80, 81, 83, and 85 files. Supports MP2 format music and sound extraction from v75/76 files (Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone). Supports music/sound extraction from unreal 1997/98 beta version (package versions 35, 37, 40, and 41). Fixes crashes when run to process multiple files. Makes the code reentrant. Many code cleanups.
