Release Notes: A binary noise filter was added.

Release Notes: This release no longer works on RGB images: it takes a grayscale image for all its inputs. Added are tools for converting RGB to grayscale (splitting up and conversion) and the other way around. This way, things are a lot more flexible. One can now also do the inverse when applying algorithms to an image.
