Release Notes: The client now uses Perl Sockets to connect to the TZO servers, so no longer requires lynx. New features include logging of sign-on, sign-offs, and current IP, and a daemon that detects change of IP and schedules an update.

Release Notes: This version has been rewritten in Perl. It is better at grabbing the current IP address and also allows users to make dynamic changes to their loging via command line arguments instead of editing the script.
