      Release Notes: This release is focused on resolving most annoying long-standing issues. A new GVFS plugin has been introduced, replacing the obsolete gnome-vfs2 subsystem.

        Release Notes: Newly ported to he FreePascal compiler, this version introduces native x86_64 (AMD-64) platform support as well as standard i386. Coming with two archiving plugins (RAR and tar.gz/bz2), this version continues to increase user convenience and usability. RPM packages have been introduced as well.

            Release Notes: Module loading during startup has been fixed, and some extra debug info added. All plugins in the binary package are now compiled with gcc 3.3 for better compatibility (libstdc++). Incorrect item coloring in the main panel has been fixed. Loading of duplicate plugins in different paths is prevented. An annoying bug in the gnome-vfs plugin has been fixed (some files were not listed). Some commandline parameters have been added and fixed (the ability to force the GUI language). The Czech translation has been updated; other languages are still partly translated.

              Release Notes: This release adds a new panel tabs feature that allows multiple tabs with multiple directories in one panel, a new Connection Manager dialog which has the list of remote services connections via the VFS subsystem, a new Search dialog, support for some new features of GTK+ 2.6.0 (panel colors, etc.), and changes to the bookmarking so that it is now possible to quick-jump between bookmarks by Alt+number and display the bookmark menu by Alt+F1/Alt+F2.

                  Release Notes: All functions using the Progress dialog are now threaded, there is a new panel filetips feature, you can now configure default terminal behaviour for the command line, viewer, and editor, executing programs were fixed to prevent making zombie processes, meta-items were added to the file association system allowing user to change icons and set the default actions for directories and files, some new widgets were added from libgnomeui, users now can configure the format of diplayed sizes, and a selectable new-mc Alt+O style (stays in the same directory) was added.

                    Release Notes: There is a new preferences dialog with many options for better tweaking, and an improved internal configuration system. When running for the first time, it searches for available applications as a viewer, editor, and terminal. There is automatic refresh directory fallback in various situations (e.g. no more error messages on startup). Executing the SFV/MD5/CRC/001 files will now open with the corresponding routines. A simple bookmarking system and a very simple internal text viewer have been added. The current path is shown in the window title.

                      Release Notes: This release added a splitter popup menu, stores the position in the profile settings, added chmod and chown functions, improved file splitting (needs testing), improved file coping with the sendfile function for better performance (needs testing), added symlink creation and editing functions, and added a item popup menu. You can choose other defined actions for each file type. The main window position and state is saved along with the sort column for each panel and column sizes. There were also many small improvements and bugfixes.
