Release Notes: This release adds better support for BSD systems (tested on Darwin, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, and NetBSD) and for other Unixes, such as Solaris 9. It fixes details on DOS, Win32, Linux, XTerm, and Linux drivers. It adds support for new versions of gcc (tested with gcc up to 3.4.3).
Release Notes: This release adds a class to abstract the use of i18n and support for UTF-8 Linux consoles.
Release Notes: This release candidate fixes problems related to UTF-8 terminals (like Red Hat 8/9). It also adds a new class called TVIntl that's a wrapper for the libintl/gettext i18n library. The compilation mechanism was simplified, and support was added for newer Win32 compilers (Borland CBuilder 6 and MSVC 7).
Release Notes: A Russian translation and an X11cyrillics example were added. An installation for the (Spanish and Russian) translations was also added. Bugs in the Linux, X11, and WinGr drivers were fixed.
Release Notes: This second release candidate fixes SuSE compilation issues.
Release Notes: A Russian translation was added. An installation system for the translations (Spanish and Russian) was added. An X11 Cyrillics example and support for Greek and Russian keyboards to X11 driver were added. Bugs in the Linux and WinGr drivers were fixed.
Release Notes: Added a new mechanism called "pseudo-drivers" to handle the difference between systems. Using this mechanism some brand new targets were added: X11, QNX, and XTerm/Eterm. The Linux driver was reworked and the DOS driver made safer. The Win32 drivers were also enhanced. There are new classes to handle configuration files, code pages, and fonts. The support for big endian platforms is much better. This release also adds support for the MSVC compiler and the newer versions of MinGW and Cygwin.
Release Notes: The hardware-dependent code is now more isolated and separated in "drivers". X11 native support was added. The Linux and XTerm support was enhanced and cleaned. The first (incomplete) version of the QNX driver is included. The Win32 (Cygwin/MinGW) driver was adapted and enhanced. The Win32/BC++ hasn't been adapted yet.
Release Notes: Adds support for RHIDE 1.4.9 and MSS 1.2.1, fixes compatlayer issues when including it more than once, and adds a mechanism to easily enable/disable international support without recompiling. The 100% CPU usage in the BC++ 5.5 version, some Solaris problems, and desklogo and listvi examples have been fixed.
Release Notes: This version fixes some compilation issues for glibc 2.2 and non-Intel platforms.
