Release Notes: This release fixes a number of minor bugs. In addition, tsocks now intercepts the close() call, greatly improving compatibility with applications that use non blocking sockets. (Squid now reportedly works.)

Release Notes: A number of bugfixes and enhancements prompted by the bug list for the debian package (in particular, it is possible to use an environment variable to override the location of the configuration file and the tsocks shell script has been added to simplify using the tsocks library to socksify applications).
