TrackStudio Enterprise
TrackStudio is a hierarchical Java-based issue tracking and bug tracking system. It includes per-project workflows, user role specific actions, filters, notification rules, subscriptions, access control lists, and reports. Both hierarchical categorization and cross-cutting views of your issue space are provided.

Release Notes: TrackStudio now supports template configurations. If only one category is available for a user, it will be the default in the "Create a task or a project" pulldown. SVN diff now features highlighting of changes. Users can set the login/password in a URL directly now to avoid a login page. TrackStudio can attach files to email notifications now.

Release Notes: Email submission diagnostics has been improved significantly. Now TrackStudio uses the locale and timezone of the self-registration rule owner as the default. Now TrackStudio doesn't copy the budget from the parent task when a user creates a subtask. Now you can set the "From" name for email notification to override the default "TrackStudio" string.
