Track+

Track+ is a fully featured Web-based issue tracking and bug tracking system build on top of J2EE and Struts and entirely written in Java. It supports many database systems such as Oracle 9i, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, etc. It automatically sends email, can do user authentication via LDAP, creates comprehensive reports, and much more. It comes with online help, German, English, and Norwegian localizations, and an elaborate manual.

Release Notes: New features include time and cost budgeting and tracking, a new design which is ready for skins, issue submission by email, groups, issue specific watch lists, issue locking during edit, Subversion and CVS support, new tags for descriptive texts, the ability to broadcast email to all Track+ users, and Lucene based searching. The Logon page text is customizable via the Web interface. The permission scheme editor was completely overhauled and is easier to use. Permissions were extended, and are more fine grained. Projects and releases now have status.
