Release Notes: This release added full support for the Stealth umode (+W) and cleaned up some nasty compilation warnings. The following parameters were added to ircd.ini: DYN_TS_MAX_DELTA, DYN_TS_WARN_DELTA, DYN_MAX_CHANS_PR_CLIENT, DYN_KLINE_EMAIL, DYN_AKILL_EMAIL, DYN_SERVICES_SERVER, and DYN_STATS_SERVER.
