Release Notes: This release fixes a big pile of memory leaks, some of them serious. It will not try to download a routerdesc it would immediately reject as obsolete. A potential segfault in getconf and getinfo using version 1 of the controller protocol has been fixed. It avoids a crash by not checking whether DirPort is reachable when suppressing it because of hibernation. --hash-password no longer crashes on exit.
