TLSWrap

TLSWrap is a TLS/SSL FTP wrapper/proxy for UNIX (including Linux, *BSD, and Solaris) and Windows, allowing you to use your favourite FTP client with any TLS/SSL-enabled FTP server. Features include full encryption of both control and data connections, and support for X.509 PKI certificate handling and validation.

Release Notes: This release fixes some bugs, improves connection handling, and provides support for FTP servers that can't handle PORT before USER. The Windows releases are upgraded to OpenSSL 0.9.8d and MFC 8.

Release Notes: This release adds support for OpenSSL 0.9.8 and 64-bit Windows, and fixes some minor issues with HP-UX and recent Intel compilers on Linux. A x64 Windows version is now available (for AMD64 and EM64T systems running Windows XP x64 Edition) in addition to the normal Windows version.

Release Notes: This release fixes a minor bug in the configuration manager and a bug in the startup code that could randomly prevent TLSWrap from loading on Windows XP Pro x64 Edition (and theoretically on other Windows versions).

FTP "Auth SSL"
TLSWrap only handles "Auth TLS", this "Auth SSL" would be great improvement to TLSWrapper. Windows based FTPd seems to use Auth SSL rather than TLS :/
