Release Notes: Improved support for accepting drops under Linux. TkDND periodically checks if the selection can be retrieved, even if SelectionNotify has not been delivered to the Tk widget by Tk. This release offers support for both dragging and dropping under all 3 major operating systems (Windows, OS X, Linux).
