Release Notes: This release fixes a huge amount of long standing bugs, has translations to Dutch, German, Italian, French, and Spanish, and adds a few new features. The most useful features are probably the new stamp brush functionality, and persistency of the palette window size and slider position. Some users may also like the new JSON export format, which is easier to load in certain languages.
