Release Notes: This release only updates TightVNC Java viewer. The new viewer adds support for automatic SSH tunneling via the JSch library. Also, it provides support for transmitting mouse wheel events.

Release Notes: Support for the RFB 3.7 protocol was implemented (with or without TightVNC protocol extensions). Some progress in supporting pluggable encryption and authentication methods was made. There are several bugfixes and minor feature enhancements.

Release Notes: This version adds an ability to use port numbers, in addition to the traditional VNC display numbers, in both the server and viewer parts. Local cursor handling was improved to allow the user to see remote pointer movements. JPEG compression in Tight encoding is now enabled by default in the viewers. A number of other improvements and bugfixes were also made.

Release Notes: This release adds a new feature to specify applet parameters in URL requests being sent to the built-in HTTP server. The Java viewer is now able to save RFB sessions. Also, there is a number of bugfixes, including a fix for a major I/O performance problem in the Win32 version.

Release Notes: This release features a greatly improved Java viewer and support for wheel mouse events in the Win32 version. Two important security problems were also fixed: the zlib double free() bug and blocking I/O in the built-in HTTP servers. Several patches from the Red Hat vnc RPMs were incorporated into the main codebase. Manual pages for the Unix version were prepared. Other changes include the usual minor improvements, bugfixes, and cleanups.

Release Notes: This stable release includes all new features introduced in recent development versions: local cursor handling on the client side, optional JPEG compression, configurable compression levels for Tight and Zlib encodings, a number of bugfixes, and performance optimizations.
