The ThinkUI SQL Client is a graphical program that allows Java developers to browse a database structure, edit data in the tables, issue SQL queries, and generate code (e.g. Java Bean, DAO, SQL queries, JSP files, etc.) based on customizable Velocity templates.

Release Notes: This release adds numerous features and enhancements to help improve the productivity of Java developers. New features include improved management and execution of SQL query objects, a Copy As "String Expr" feature for saving SQL queries in Java code, new code generation templates and related enhancements, as well as various GUI usability and performance improvements, such as the loading of metadata. This release also adds support for setting the user preferences for the application LnF as well as various fonts sizes.
Release Notes: This release improves support for working with CLOBs and BLOBs. There were also various GUI related enhancements and bugfixes. The "preview" size of CLOBs and BLOBs is now configurable and when the BLOB/CLOB columns are selected, the size of the column data will be shown in the DataObjectListViewer. Other new features includes support for import/export of CLOB/Blob data, support for prompting the user of unsaved queries in the SQL Query Viewer, support for viewing binary data in Hex, and support for keyboard accelerators for invoke save, refresh, and delete in standalone viewers.
Release Notes: This is mainly a bugfix release with various code generation and GUI usability enhancements. New features includes support for accessing and showing the table and column comments, support for showing the current row/column information of the message bar status area, and support for hint text for various elements in the tree viewer and data object viewer.
Release Notes: This release adds various GUI related enhancements, including support for multiple SQL Query tabs in the main window (which requires Java 1.6 or higher). For added convenience, the latest SQL query in the SQL Query Viewer will automatically be saved and later restored. Also, the Data Object Viewer will now only open at most once for a particular data object (based on the primary key). Other enhancements include official support for HSQLDB and H2 databases, support for table and column names that require quotes, the addition of "Copy As" and "Change Case" actions, and a new "createsql" command.
Release Notes: This release adds support for generating Ant scripts for executing SQL CREATE TABLE and SQL INSERT statements. Improved keyboard shortcuts have been added, as well as UNDO/REDO support in all text editors. A custom test data generation feature has been added by integrating with the ThinkUI Data Generator. In addition, this release also includes various GUI related enhancements and several bugfixes.
