                  Release Notes: Improvements to Maildir support, ability to have the Maildir outside a user's home directory, changes to the POP-before-SMTP framwork to run as a priveleged user to give the administrator more power, and updated syslog messages to be more informative and clearer.

                      Release Notes: Support for Dynamic Relay Authorization Control (DRAC) was added. It is now possible to resolve hostnames in configuration files, so IP addresses are not required any more. Both the source code and distribution file were cleaned up.
