Team Elements is a collaboration and project management Web application featuring wikis, news and blogs, project plans, assignments, team members, shared discussions, announcements, lists, issue tracking, document storage, full-text search, reporting, and personalized RSS feeds. Users can create a project, then invite others to participate. It's designed for professional and personal use, with each project space containing a full set of permissions and users. The Team Elements framework powers ConcourseConnect.

Release Notes: This release improves upon the functionality and user workflow around tickets. Tickets now have file attachments and user subscribed email notifications. There is also a clear distinction among users that can submit tickets, those that can assign, and those that can complete tickets. A contact directory has also been added for storing user and global contact information. There are more than 20 general improvements throughout.
Release Notes: This release adds project-based wikis and a programmer's HTTP-XML API to allow third-party applications to authenticate and exchange project data. Enhancements include the addition of HTML reports that can be generated online or scheduled and emailed for offline use, a team members report, and outline cloning. Activity views have also been improved to show more detailed information at a glance: activity plans now show work progress as a percent, estimated vs. actual time spent, over budget indicators, and start and end dates. This is released under the Centric Public License.

Release Notes: Project tickets now trigger automatic email notifications to users, news articles can now be emailed to a team, and images can be inserted into news articles, either via direct upload or via a remote link.
Release Notes: The project plan importer has been finalized so that project data can be planned offline using OmniOutliner, OpenOffice, or Microsoft Excel templates, then uploaded when back online. Weblogic 8 support has been added. Changes have been made to ensure everything is working with Mozilla/Firebird, Safari, and IE 5.0+. There are minor usability improvements.
