Version 19.0.0 of TEA
Release Notes: This release contains two major features for UNIX-users (in Win32 versions those features are disabled due to technical reasons). The single instance mode open all files with the same program instance. The built-in file manager replaces standard Save/Open dialog windows. You can use the "Preferences - Use traditional File save/open dialogs" option to bring them back. Some bugs were fixed. A new UI style was added. Save/Open dialog windows now remember their size. "Quotes to facing quotes" was added.

Release Notes: Qt5 source compatibility works correctly now. Qt 4.x still works as usual; the Qt version is detected automatically during the qmake step.
