TEA

TEA is a powerful and easy-to-use Qt4-based editor with many useful features for HTML, Docbook, and LaTeX editing. It features a small footprint, a tabbed layout engine, support for multiple encodings, code snippets, templates, customizable hotkeys, an "open at cursor" function for HTML files and images, miscellaneous HTML tools, preview in external browser, string manipulation functions, Morse-code tools, bookmarks, syntax highlighting, and more.

    Release Notes: The "Replace all" and "Replace with tables" functions can now handle selected files when you are in file manager mode. (Please read the manual for details.) The Open Document Text format (ODT) reader now works more correctly with non-trivial markup.

      Release Notes: The FB2 books reader now works fine with non-UTF-8 charsets. The editor widget rendering has been optimized. The built-in calculator inner bit depth is changed from the float type to double type. There are some UI tweaks.

        Release Notes: This release adds an improved profiles engine, syntax highlighting, and many inner changes to allow porting TEA to Qt5 in the future.

          Release Notes: The ability to unpack Zip files was added. You can also choose the charset for the file names in the archive, and you can preview archive content without actually unpacking. Many inner cleanups and fixes were done. XML/HTML highlighting of entities was fixed. C++ and C built-in templates were added. OS/2 compatibility has been improved.
