TCPDB is a Web application for keeping track of your IP addresses and hosts. It is suited for both small and large networks with many locations and subnets. Up to one A Class is supported.

I'm sorry for being obnoxious but doesn't it try to substitute proper DNS (with any frontend available, and there are many) being, um, wrong-named in the first place?
There's no such thing as a "TCP/IP address", and the relevant part -- "IP" -- just isn't there in the project name.
Some people tend to deduce a lot from such things :-)
