Release Notes: This release handles fragment messages correctly, and handles byte order marker problems with wstring. corbaloc works with ',' and '/' again. JSSE 1.0.3_01 is used in the SSL module as it may be distributed. Naming contexts are displayed in the management board correctly.

• Major feature enhancements

Release Notes: The memory footprint was reduced. The readability of the source code was improved. Lots of bugfixes were made. JDK 1.4 is now supported. Support for multiple ORBs in a single VM was improved. ORB configuration and initialization was enhanced. Support for local calls, better codeset support, and a lot of other improvements were added.
