Release Notes: The ability to execute Tcl code in the parent Tcl interpreter from Perl interpreters was added. The Perl system is now initialized when loading extensions. The code was made thread-aware to allow Perl threads. The Tcl interpreter can now be accessed from C code, making it possible to extend tclperl.
Release Notes: Tcl stubs support was added, and non-public Tcl namespace code was removed from the C source code.
