tc_config is set of scripts for Linux 2.4+ traffic control configuration on Red Hat systems and (hopefully) derivatives. It uses cbq qdisc as root one, and sfq qdisc at the leaves. It includes the snmp_pass utility for getting stats on traffic control via SNMP.

        Release Notes: Memory leaks in snmp_pass were fixed. A 'Too many open files' error in ipchains.c was fixed.

          Release Notes: The snmp_pass utility was added. This utility allows the user to gather tc statistics via SNMP. MIBs were added. A feature that allows the user to count certain kinds of traffic without shaping the traffic was added.
